Day 14 of my OJT

Objective: To do more jobs.

Reflection: It’s very nice to help to others.

Accomplishment: First we go straight ahead in registrar office because Sir Donny assigned us there because they had a meeting. And then the time we are in registrar office we do some paper works again. And then after the lunch Sir Donny called us because his going to teach us about formatting a computer. We learn how to install a window xp and window 7.

Realization: It’s not easy to learn how to format a PC but it’s nice when you learned it.

Knowledge: I’ve learned how to format a system unit and install window xp and window 7.

Day 13 of my OJT

Objective: To finish the jobs that was be given.

Reflection: It’s not easy doing some paper works.

Accomplishment: Mr Donny sends us in registrar office because there is no electricity. After he assigned us in registrar office the other staff gave us some paper works.

Realization: It’s harder to make paper works.

Knowledge: I learn some paper works.

Day 12 of my OJT

Objective: To finished my report.

Reflection: it’s easier to search when you were in a good mood and when your brain is in fresh condition.

Accomplishment: Almost done my report.

Realization: Don’t hesitate to ask for others help.

Knowledge: I learn to use internet more nicely.

Day 11 of my OJT

Objective: To finish the jobs that are appoint to us.

Reflection: It’s so hard to work again if you got in a long vacation.

Accomplishment: Known all the topics that I going to report.

Realization: Its not easy to make a lesson to be discussed in front of the others.

Knowledge: Not all the time Internet has the answer in your questions.

Day 10 of my OJT

Objective: To finish all of the unfinished business.

Reflection: It’s hard to start again all your unfinished business so if possible finish your jobs in

limited time.

Accomplishment: Finished the entire task.

Realization: Don’t be shy to ask to your boss if you didn’t know what to do.

Knowledge: Be open to your co workers.

Day 9 of my OJT

Objective: To make the entire job that was given to us.

Reflection: It’s nice to learn many things about on our course.

Accomplishment: Finish the things that were given to us but not all the jobs.

Realization: I realized that when you can’t do all the jobs don’t push yourself to your limits.

Knowledge: Know your limitation.

Day 8 of my OJT

Objective: To finish all of unfinished business on the last day.

Reflection: It’s hard to assemble a computer desk in first time and we take time before we finish it

but on the second time it’s just easy for us.

Accomplishment: We finished the entire task we have.

Realization: I realized that we need to be opening minded on all of the things that are related in our courses.

Knowledge: I learned to assemble a computer desk.

Day 7 of my OJT

Objective: To type the inventory of monitor in Microsoft word. Sort all of the monitors and get the pictures of the entire teaching and non teaching worker.

Reflection: Every time that we are working we will start to be tired. But at the same time its happy specially when you are with your friends working together.

Accomplishment: Almost Done

Realization: I realized that in every work we’ve doing it was very tire able. But in the end when you finish your work it is very good in the feeling.

Knowledge: I learned to cooperate with others to make your work pass.

Day 6 of my OJT

Objective: To finish the work that Sir Donny will going to give on us.

Reflection: Expecting to have a better work.

Accomplishment: Sir Donny gave us a work he assigned us to put a plastic moulding in High School Faculty, Research Room, and in College Faculty and it took us the whole morning and 1 hour of the afternoon. And after that my two fellow OJT’s have something to do and I left nothing doing and then Sir Donny gives me something to do and I finish it.

Realization: It’s good to work.

Knowledge: Don’t make a work you can’t do.

Day 5 of my OJT

Objective: Expecting for more enjoyable work.

Reflection: Hoping to have more enjoyable work.

Accomplishment: Mr Donny assigned us on testing all of the monitors that are stock in his cubicle and he told us to arrange all of it. And because the monitor is too many we spend our whole day on finishing all of it.

Realization: It is very tiring if your work is carrying have things.

Knowledge: Don’t push yourself in your limitation.

Day 4 of my OJT

Objective: To finish another work that Sir Donny gives on us.

Reflection: I’m expecting for another computer work that Sir Donny will go to give to us.

Accomplishment: Mr Donny told me that I need to put the lecture that I typed yesterday in a.

PowerPoint presentation. And that’s what I did and after I did that we all three called by Sir Donny

and gave us something to do. The work he gave was we need to put a plastic moulding in one office and after that we all go home.

Realization: It is happy working with each other.

Knowledge: It is better to work with others.

Day 3 of my OJT

Objective: To be oriented on the policies on On-The-Job training.

Reflection: On my third day n OJT I feel so excited and happy.

Accomplishment: On the morning Mr. Donny gave us something to do he gave us each other a book to be typed and almost whole day we were doing that and in the afternoon I finished my work after we leave.

Realization: I realized that typing in the whole day is very hard.

Knowledge: When you are typing you need to wear a reading glass protection from the friction of the monitor.
