Day 7 of my OJT

Objective: To type the inventory of monitor in Microsoft word. Sort all of the monitors and get the pictures of the entire teaching and non teaching worker.

Reflection: Every time that we are working we will start to be tired. But at the same time its happy specially when you are with your friends working together.

Accomplishment: Almost Done

Realization: I realized that in every work we’ve doing it was very tire able. But in the end when you finish your work it is very good in the feeling.

Knowledge: I learned to cooperate with others to make your work pass.

Day 6 of my OJT

Day 6 of my OJT

Objective: To finish the work that Sir Donny will going to give on us.

Reflection: Expecting to have a better work.

Accomplishment: Sir Donny gave us a work he assigned us to put a plastic moulding in High School Faculty, Research Room, and in College Faculty and it took us the whole morning and 1 hour of the afternoon. And after that my two fellow OJT’s have something to do and I left nothing doing and then Sir Donny gives me something to do and I finish it.

Realization: It’s good to work.

Knowledge: Don’t make a work you can’t do.

Day 5 of my OJT

Day 5 of my OJT

Objective: Expecting for more enjoyable work.

Reflection: Hoping to have more enjoyable work.

Accomplishment: Mr Donny assigned us on testing all of the monitors that are stock in his cubicle and he told us to arrange all of it. And because the monitor is too many we spend our whole day on finishing all of it.

Realization: It is very tiring if your work is carrying have things.

Knowledge:  Don’t push yourself in your limitation.

Day 4 of my OJT

Day 4 of my OJT

Objective: To finish another work that Sir Donny gives on us.

Reflection: I’m expecting for another computer work that Sir Donny will go to give to us.

Accomplishment: Mr Donny told me that I need to put the lecture that I typed yesterday in a. 

PowerPoint presentation. And that’s what I did and after I did that we all three called by Sir Donny 

and gave us something to do. The work he gave was we need to put a plastic moulding in one office and after that we all go home.

Realization: It is happy working with each other.

Knowledge: It is better to work with others.

Day 3 of my OJT

Day 3 of my OJT

Objective: To be oriented on the policies on On-The-Job training.

Reflection: On my third day n OJT I feel so excited and happy.

Accomplishment: On the morning Mr. Donny gave us something to do he gave us each other a book to be typed and almost whole day we were doing that and in the afternoon I finished my work after we leave.

Realization: I realized that typing in the whole day is very hard.

Knowledge: When you are typing you need to wear a reading glass protection from the friction of the monitor.

Day 2 of my OJT

Objective: To be oriented on the policies on ON-The-Job training.

Reflection: On my second day I didn't feel nervous anymore and in fact I'm so excited on attending our OJT and I'm also thinking that what was the other things what are we going to do and learn.

Accomplishment: On the morning Mr. Donny has a meeting in Balanga so we three decided to go in the Registrar's Office again and lend the staff our help. And that was till afternoon. After that we all three back in the lab and then Mr. Donny told us that on our next meeting we have something to do like lessons.

Realization: The world of work is can be done easily when you are happy in what you are doing.

Knowledge: On the world of work you need to be happy on what you are doing to help your work.

Day 1 of my OJT

Objective: To be oriented on the policies on ON-The-Job training.

Reflection: I feel so nervous yet excited on my first day for my practicum. But after few minutes my nervous was gone.

Accomplishment: Mr. Donny Awa oriented us on the rules and regulation of the laboratory. I was assigned on making tarpaulin using photoshop. But before I'll done Sir Donny called me and said that Sir Ferdinand needed some help. And then I go with him and after that I spend my whole time in the Registrar Office helping the other staff because their are some students that needed assistance in adding some courses.

Realization: The world of work was different when we are in the class. But from the help of Sir Donny and of the other Teachers we survived the day that pass.

Knowledge: It is wise to listen carefully on the policies of the laboratory you are working for the practicum and have the courage to face everyone.
